Not happy! I had a confimed booking for February 14th. They, Best Weste4rn City Sands booked it for Jan 14. It was booked out on the CONFIRMED date and therefore I had to find other accommodation on a weekend that Wollongong was booked out due to State touch. It was only due to the fantastic service of the head accom lady at Best Western that we were able to get other accommodation.
